Professor Biyao LIANG

Professor Biyao Liang serves as a member of the PISA 2025 in Hong Kong Project, contributing her expertise in the domain of mathematical literacy. She obtained her PhD in Mathematics Education at the University of Georgia. She has diverse teaching and learning experiences in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and the United States. Professor Liang’s research focused on students’ mathematical thinking and teacher knowledge.
