Abstract
The Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) evaluates how well 15-year-olds can apply knowledge and skills to real-world challenges. This seminar introduces PISA’s emphasis on future readiness and student agency, and uses this lens to examine global and Hong Kong performance trends across Science, Mathematics, Reading and Digital Learning. The seminar also discusses how the newly released PISA 2025 results can inform future curriculum and education.
